I tried the new Philadelphia Cooking Creme tonight for the 1st time and all I have to say is…. YUM! I purchased mine at SuperFresh last week on sale for $2.00 and I used my $1.50 off coupon from the 3/6 Smart Source Insert (although there were tear pad coupon for $1.50 off right next to the creme). Because of the sale and tear pad coupons, there were no Italian, Original or Garlic flavors left on the shelf, so I purchased all that was left of the Santa Fe – I was sure to pick up a rain check for the others.
There is a wonderful recipe right on the container for Chicken Enchiladas, which is what I made. They are absolutely delicious! I also like the containers that they come in…. I washed mine out and they’re just as good as a Glad or Ziploc food container! Double score!
If any of you want to try this new product here are some prices;

Remember that extreme couponing also means scrapping brand loyalty for the latest bargain and being willing to try new products!!! 50¢ is about all I’d be willing to pay for this product (that is me personally). I’m sure we’ll see more sales since the product is still relatively new to the market! Did you know that I have a grocery budget of about $50.00 per week for my family of 6?
