Now that the weather is warmer its time to plan a little ice cream party and what would 2 little girls love more than anything on a hot day? Orange crush sparkling ice cream punch! Come check out my sparkling ice cream punch recipe and plan a play date for your kids. Have fun – life is too short to do anything else! ☺
This Sparkling Ice Cream Punch recipe is super easy and really, really fun! Pin it for inspiration! (PINTEREST – click the picture and it’ll take you directly to the Pinterest link)
Ingredients:
- 3 ltrs. Ginger Ale or Seltzer Water (like Seagrams)
- 3 ltrs. Orange Soda (like Orange Crush)
- 1/2 Gal. Sherbet (I prefer rainbow for a nice color)
- Cube Ice (larger is better)
You’ll have to adjust the amount of above ingredients based on the size of your serving bowl. This can be really fun for just 3 or 4 friends or a big play date of 2 to 12 giggly little girls!
Pour your ingredients together (soda mixtures) then add sherbet ice cream to the top (leave in block form). Then add ice cubes. Be sure to start with soda that has already been chilled well. It will make your punch last a long time and keep the temperature cold. You can jazz up the recipe with orange slices, tangerine pieces or maraschino cherries!
Lastly…. Clean up sticky little giggly girls! Make food fun! Life is way too short for anything else!
