If you’re shopping for back to school basics right now then you may have found some of the office supply chains are sold out of some of the hot items by the time you make it into the store! Well I have the answer for you! Its price matching…..
Well here’s the deal… Some of the deals that you’ll find now through Labor Day are “doorbuster” sales at the office supply chains like Office Max, Office Depot and Staples. What does that mean? It means these hot sales may be in limited supply and if you don’t show up to snag your good deal early on Sunday then you may be outta luck! None left (maybe or maybe not)
So what is the answer? When possible – price match! Target and Walmart each accept price matching. All you need to do is take your sale circular (in full) into Walmart or Target, purchase the same items there as you see in your sale circular for any other stores within a reasonable geographic location to that Walmart or Target, and then at the register the cashier will look at your price match sale circular and ring up the price from the sale circular.
This is also a great time saver. Instead of shopping from store to store and wasting precious gas and energy, you can do the bulk of your shopping in 1 main store by price matching. Try it! 😉
