How do I “stack” coupons at Rite Aid for additional savings?
Stacking is a great way to save money and it’s easy! We love shopping at Rite Aid because they allow you to use/stack 3 coupons on 1 single item!!!! (think FREE in the end or just for pennies!) You can stack a Rite Aid Store “Valuable Coupon” starting with a upc code of 48, a Rite Aid Manufacturer Coupon starting with a upc code of 49, and a manufactures’ coupon on one item to triple your savings. We love this feature about Rite Aid!! Now this coupon acceptance policy was updated in June of 2011 so make sure you print a copy of the policy in case you run into a cashier or manager that isn’t familiar with the new policy. How do I obtain Rite Aid store coupons?
Rite Aid offers coupons in their weekly sale circular, via e-mail for their newsletter subscribers, through video values, sometimes a Rite Aid coupon booklet will be released (usually near flu season) and occasionally thru snail mail.

Absolutely! Of all the drug stores Rite aid has the best program giving single check rebates – it can’t be beat!!! We just wish their Single Check rebate programs had a higher per household limit for large families like ours!!
Helpful hint: If you can get an item for FREE then BUY IT! If you will not use the item consider donating it to the local food bank or your favorite charity but NEVER turn away a free item!
When Rite Aid is offering a Buy 1 Get 1 Sale can I use a coupon on both items?
Yes – make sure you do!!! You can sc
ore 2 items for FREE if you have a buy 1 get 1 coupon or you can use a 2 coupons on the 2 items you are purchasing and get them for CHEAP! This is noted in the Rite Aid Coupon Acceptance Policy – it is allowed! Remember Rite Aid will be reimbursed for all manufacturers coupons by the manufacturer! No, not any more since they changes their new policy in June of 2011. You can only use 1 coupon on a buy 1 get 1 FREE sale.
Does Rite Aid have an e-mail program to offer additional discounts?
Yes they do and you’ll want to take advantage of it! You get “special” savings and access FREE on line programs like their wellness and weight loss programs (for those of use overweight!!!).

Is there a pharmacy and what ar
e the benefits if any?
Rite Aid does have a pharmacy. They have a nice competitive prescription transferring program. You transfer 2 prescripts and you get 2 $25.00 gift cards. We have taken advantage of this in the past. What we don’t like about their pharmacy program is that you can’t get the gift card with a NEW prescription like you can using the Target or CVS pharmacy coupons. So if you have to take regular meds it likely worth it to transfer for the $25.00 gift card program however if you have a new prescription its best to go someone where you can get a gift card for a new prescription or some place like Giant if you are filling a prescription for antibiotics where you can get it for FREE. Just keep that in mind. If you have to take daily meds there is nothing wrong wih transferring your prescription every couple months for refills so you can get the most savings.
Does Rite Aid allow price matching with sale circulars from a competitor like Walgreens or Walmart or Safeway?
No! Rite Aid does NOT allow price matching like Walmart or Target.
Is there anything else I need to know about Rite Aid to save BIG?
We recommend keeping a copy of the coupon policy with you when shopping at Rite Aid just in case you come in contact with a new cashier that isn’t aware of their coupon policy since it was just updated in august of 2010. Don’t be afraid to politely speak up for your savings!
