Cooking Bacon in the Oven – I started baking my bacon about 5 years ago! Why, you may be wondering? Well, frying bacon takes time, causes a considerable amount of splatter, and that splatter hurts! It was like life was revolutionized when I started cooking bacon in the oven. When I’m making breakfast or a Sunday brunch I simply pop it in the oven and go about whatever other chores or recipes I’m working on. No more standing and frying pay after pan of bacon!
