If you’re looking for a healthy and delicious dip, well look no further! Check out my Easy Homemade Guacamole Dip recipe that even your picky eater will love!
Guacamole is such a healthy food for of the fats that your body needs (not the bad for you fats) and then when you add in a few more flavors you have the BEST dip ever that takes just about 5 to 7 minutes to prepare with the delicious and healthy fresh ingredients. When my kids are willing to eat it then you know it’s good! Lol!
Recipe Ingredients needed:
- Grape Tomatoes
- Avocado
- Spring Onions
- Black Beans (I like Goya)
- Chips to dip (I’m a Snyder of Hanover fan)
- Salt (to taste – I use Pink Himalayan because it’s the most healthy)
- Pepper (to taste, McCormick Pepper is best)
Directions:
Peel your ripe avocado and mash with a fork in a bowl. Slice your grape tomatoes (about 4 to 8) into quarter and add to your avocado bowl. Finely mince/chop your spring onions (about 2 stalks) and add into your avocado mixture. Add in about a 1/4 cup of black beans (adds a nice protein to the dip) Add 3 full grinds of pepper. Add 4 full grinds of pink salt.
Mix well. Enjoy with chips!
